It was actually Doug Jones, and the guy also plays the fish-man from Hellboy, all four imps in the movie Doom, and the creepy skinny white guy in Pan's Labyrinth (who holds his eyes in his hands to see), if that gives you an idea of why his movement weirded me out so much. Woops, had the wrong guy
A few posts back I mentioned an episode of Fear Itself, called Skin & Bones, in which there was a freaky actor. 
However, I was wrong about who the actor was. It was actually Doug Jones, and the guy also plays the fish-man from Hellboy, all four imps in the movie Doom, and the creepy skinny white guy in Pan's Labyrinth (who holds his eyes in his hands to see), if that gives you an idea of why his movement weirded me out so much. Anyway, had to correct myself.
