Are these homes on shortsale or something? I don't know how to tell. But I just cannot believe the gorgeousness of
this home for this price. And there are a
lot of them here. Oh it makes me want to buy so bad! For sure, you'd get a lot more home for your money down there than up here!

seriously... there are so many fantastic house options down here...but alas, we have no money as we are still in school.
I'm ready to move!! I had heard that homes in Henderson were selling for dirt cheap. Wow! I'm sure Nan and John are glad they left when they did.
Justine, are you both in school? What are you studying?
I think we could probably do it if we sold our condo, but I bet the hard part is finding a job down there right now- probably part of the reason the houses are so cheap huh.
