Say what now?


Did I say I wanted to go to Ireland?  I changed my mind, let's go here instead.

Key Lime Pie

4 egg yolks
2 cans sweetened condensed milk
3/4 to 1 cup key lime juice (or mix equal parts fresh lemon & lime juice)
2 drops green food coloring

Mix and pour into graham cracker or pre baked redi-crust. Bake 20-25 minutes at 375 degrees. Let cool, top with Cool Whip and decorate with a lime wedge if desired. Enjoy!

No, I found it online. I'm gonna try it this weekend. There's also the no-bake type too so it all depends on what you like.
