Wow. This earthquake in Japan brings back the memories from when Alison was in Chile when that earthquake struck. I remember how scared I was. My heart goes out to the people in Japan and everywhere else affected. Geoff's family lives about a block from the beach in Oregon, so they are under tsunami warning right now, but I'm thinking they'll probably be okay. Still it's so tragic.

Watching the video of it just gives me super sad chills. I'm still waiting to hear from my friend Satoko, but she lives in Southwest Japan.
I heard that the missionaries there are all (I think) safe.
It really does bring back all those same feelings when we didn't know if she was safe or not. I have a friend that has a son in Japan. As of today they still haven't heard from him. Knowing the missionaries are all safe is a good feeling, but you still need to hear from them.
